Terms of Service

By using bestindexingtool.com and related services (“Service”) operated by BestIndexingTool (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service description
BestIndexingTool provides tools to submit URLs for discovery, track indexing-related status, run free index checks (subject to limits), manage campaigns, export reports, and use a developer API. We do not guarantee that any search engine will crawl, index, or rank a URL, and we do not sell rankings or traffic.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live). You are responsible for account credentials, API keys, and all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and keep secrets confidential.
3. Free tools
There is no free indexing trial. New accounts start with zero indexing credits and buy a one-time pack (from $9). The free index checker is subject to daily limits and abuse-prevention controls (including browser/device fingerprint and network signals). We may change free checker limits at any time.
4. Credits and billing
- Paid capacity is sold as one-time credit packs or custom deposits in USD (minimum typically $19).
- Standard mode uses 1 credit per URL. Priority mode uses 3 credits per URL. Drip-feed charges credits when the batch is created.
- Credits never expire while the Service operates and your account remains in good standing.
- All credit purchases are final and non-refundable (used or unused), except as stated in the Refund Policy for true duplicate payment processor errors.
- Taxes may apply. Failure to pay may result in suspension.
5. No indexation warranty
Search engines control crawl and index decisions. Results vary by content quality, technical access (robots, status codes), site authority, and engine policies. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, or successful indexation.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not submit malware, phishing, or illegal content URLs
- Do not abuse rate limits, free tools, or security controls
- Do not reverse engineer or resell the Service without written agreement
- Do not use the Service to harm third-party systems or violate laws
- Do not submit noindex, blocked, or deliberately deceptive pages expecting guaranteed outcomes
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access for violations or abuse.
7. API
API access is provided for legitimate automation. Keys are secret. Rate limits apply. API usage consumes credits under the same rules as the dashboard.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BestIndexingTool is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for ranking, traffic, or indexation outcomes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to fees you paid for credits in the three months preceding the claim (or zero if you only used free tools).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your URLs, content, account use, or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk. Provisions that should survive (including liability limits, no-refund terms, and indemnities) will survive.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes are indicated by the “Last updated” date.
