By using bestindexingtool.com and related services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
BestIndexingTool provides tools to submit URLs, request discovery (including IndexNow where applicable), track status, and generate reports. We do not guarantee that any search engine will index or rank a URL.
Accounts
You are responsible for account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and keep API keys confidential.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit malware, phishing, or illegal content URLs
- Do not attempt to abuse rate limits or security controls
- Do not reverse engineer or resell the service without a written agreement
- Do not use the service to harm third-party systems
Credits and billing
Paid plans include monthly credits as described on the pricing page. Fees are charged in advance unless otherwise stated. Taxes may apply. Failure to pay may result in suspension.
No indexation warranty
Search engines control crawl and index decisions. Results vary by site quality, technical access, and engine policies. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BestIndexingTool is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for ranking/indexation outcomes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that should survive termination will survive.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be indicated by the “Last updated” date.
