Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases on bestindexingtool.com operated by BestIndexingTool (“we”, “us”). By buying credits or using paid features, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Service.

No refunds

All sales of indexing credits, credit packs, and custom deposits are final. We do not offer refunds, chargebacks, or credit reversals for:

  • Purchased credits (used or unused)
  • Credits spent on submissions that remain Pending or Failed
  • Credits spent on URLs that search engines do not index
  • Priority mode, drip-feed batches, resubmits, or API usage
  • Dissatisfaction with indexation speed or success rate
  • Mistaken purchases, unused balances, or account inactivity

Search engines alone decide whether to crawl or index a URL. BestIndexingTool provides tools to request discovery and track status. We do not guarantee indexation, rankings, or traffic, and we do not refund credits based on index outcomes.

Why this policy exists

Indexing outcomes depend on third-party search engines, site quality, robots rules, and crawl budget. Because we cannot control those systems, we price credits as prepaid service capacity - not as a pay-for-successful-index product with automatic refunds.

Try before you buy

Before purchasing, you can:

  • Use the free index checker (daily limits apply)
  • Create an account and use the one-time free trial (5 credits) - no card required
  • Review Features, Pricing, and Docs

If the free trial and checker meet your needs, buy only the pack size you are ready to use. Credits never expire, but they remain non-refundable.

Duplicate charges and payment errors

If you believe you were charged twice for the same completed purchase due to a payment processor error, contact us within 14 days at [email protected] with your account email and payment receipt. We will investigate with Stripe. If we confirm a true duplicate charge for the same order, we will refund the duplicate amount only.

Ordinary purchases, unused credits, and “I changed my mind” requests are not eligible.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid purchase may result in account suspension while we respond with evidence of delivery of digital credits and service access. Contact support first so we can help resolve billing questions.

Free tools

The free index checker and free trial credits have no purchase price and are not refundable for cash. Abuse of free tools may result in rate limits or account restrictions.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
