BestIndexingTool (“we”, “us”) operates bestindexingtool.com and related services. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it when you use our website, free index checker, dashboard, API, and paid credit products.
Who this applies to
Visitors, free checker users, registered accounts, API users, and paying customers.
Information we collect
- Account data: name, email address, password hash, notification preferences.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe (card details are not stored on our servers). We store customer and payment references needed for fulfillment.
- Service data: URLs you submit, campaign names, submission status, API key metadata, credit ledger entries.
- Technical data: IP address, user agent, basic server logs, and security events.
- Abuse-prevention signals: for free public tools and signup we may process a browser fingerprint identifier (or a hash of it) and IP-based counters so each browser can claim abuse of the free checker is limited. These are used for rate limiting and fraud prevention, not for selling ads.
- Communications: support emails, WhatsApp messages you initiate, and optional product emails you enable in settings.
How we use information
- Provide indexing submission, status checks, reports, and API access
- Authenticate accounts and protect sessions
- Process payments and prevent fraud or free-tool abuse
- Send transactional email (password reset, optional indexed alerts)
- Improve reliability, support, and product performance
- Comply with legal obligations
Legal bases (where applicable)
Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we process data to perform a contract (providing the service), for legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, product improvement), and with consent where required (certain cookies or marketing).
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data with processors only as needed to run the product, for example:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers
- Payment processing (Stripe)
- Email delivery providers
- Analytics (Google Analytics) when enabled on public pages
- Google Sign-In (OAuth) when you choose Continue with Google - we receive your name, email, and Google account id to create or link your BestIndexingTool account
- Indexing network partners required to process submitted URLs
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
International transfers
Our infrastructure and processors may be located in multiple countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross- border transfers.
Data retention
We retain account and submission data while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, security, and dispute purposes. Abuse- prevention counters are retained for limited windows (for example daily quotas). You may request deletion subject to legitimate retention needs.
Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, hashed passwords, and operational security practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Report concerns to [email protected].
Cookies and similar technologies
- Essential: login session, security, load balancing
- Preferences: UI settings where applicable
- Analytics: aggregate usage (for example GA4) on marketing pages
You can control cookies in your browser. Disabling essential cookies may break login.
Children
The service is intended for users 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children for this product.
Your rights

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes may also be communicated in-product or by email when appropriate.
